General Terms & Conditions

7wine (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "7wine") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 7wine and its users ("you", "player").

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, email address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including name, address, date of birth, and identity details — must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 7wine immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 KYC Verification

Before making a withdrawal, all account holders must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The verification process may take up to 48 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳3,00,000
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus is pending wagering completion

Bonus & Promotion Terms

7wine offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited
• Sports Betting bonus bets must have minimum odds of 1.50

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change up until a bet is accepted. The odds at the time the bet is successfully placed are final. In live betting, markets may be suspended at any time.

5.3 Bet Cancellation & Refunds

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned
• 7wine reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, all related bets will be voided
• Maximum payout limits are set separately for each event

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7wine and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit price differences across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same identity
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the platform
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform
• Third-Party Software: Use of betting bots or automation software

Account Closure & Suspension

7wine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms & Conditions
• For providing false or misleading information
• Failure to pass KYC verification
• If the account holder is found to be underage
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• Upon court order or request from law enforcement authorities

Players may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.
